Step 1:

Dream

Take some time to think about the kind and style of renovation you would like and need. Do some research and gather together some pictures of ideas and designs that appeal to you. This will help us better understand your vision.

Step 2:

Free In-Home Consultation

One of our design experts will sit down with you and listen to your ideas. With our expertise we help to guide you through the options available to you, keeping in mind the existing footprint of your home.

Step 3:

Design, Plan, And Budget

Using the information gathered from the initial meeting we will create conceptual drawings and provide you with a quote which will include details of all the work required for your project. We will also give you suggested alternatives based on the information acquired in the first meeting. We are always open to listen every step along the way and are willing to make changes to help the final plan to be exactly what you need.

Step 4:

Building Codes

We will help you acquire the necessary building permits and comply with your city’s building by-laws, Ontario Building Code and Electrical Safety Authority.

Step 5:

Construction

Once we receive your final approval and agreement, building permits will be acquired, materials will be ordered, and labour and trades will be scheduled. We will discuss with you the construction process so that you are aware of what and when work is happening in your home. Be assured that our professional staff will do their best to help make your renovation experience as comfortable as possible.

Step 6:

The Finishing Touch

Once the renovation is complete, we will do a final walk-through to verify that all of the work has been finished and meets our high standard of workmanship.
